The engineer was very good throughout the service. He identified the problem areas on the washer and tumble drier and explained them to us very well. He then provided a thorough clean of both. Excellent service.
Fantastic experience. Great end result and Gary was professional and very personable. He explained exactly what he had done and had very useful information about future care and explained the other services provided by the company.
Excellent service. We have 2 dogs and both Aaron and Dan were happy for me to let the dogs meet them, so that they would stop barking and clam down while they were her doing the job. They did an excellent job of cleaning and checking the cooker over. Were both very pleasant and polite and made us feel comfortable that they were in our home.
Both the people who came out to my home,one to give the oven and extractor fan a good lean and the other to shampoo the carpets were both very professional and courteous,respectful of my property and very pleasant. They did a great job with no mess left behind ,I was very pleased with the service. Thank You
