Gary was very friendly and polite. He was quick and thorough. He explained about other plans we could go on but wasn’t pushy at all. We were happy to increase our plan to cover our Dyson and a yearly carpet clean. Gone are the days you were worried about letting a Kirby man into your house because you couldn’t get rid of them!!

After mix ups with your administrative staff re the actual appointment, the two engineers were great and carried out work efficiently in a courteous and friendly manner. Disappointed usual scotch guarding wasn’t able to be applied as engineer said he was waiting for a replacement for the appropriate spray.
