The engineer who came was brilliant and even fixed a light on the cookers hood which I hadn’t expected hi. Yo do.
All very quick and efficient, listened to the slight problems I had been having and made sure they were solved. Then Richard was most obliging and fixed the wall holder for me so I can now hang up my cordless vac. Brilliant !
I have just had my Dyson vacuum cleaner serviced and have bought a new G26 cordless vacuum cleaner. The engineer that did the service returned a few days later to show me all I needed to know about my new cordless and nothing was too much trouble. I contacted Homecare a couple of times by phone and the person I spoke to was very helpful so I have been very impressed with all my recent contact with Homecare. Thank you.
Very professional friendly and helpful
Lee was very helpful in coming to me when it was convenient!! He was very informative and my oven is very clean. He talked to me about the new machine he had with him and shows me how good it was. However I already have a powersonic and very happy with it.
