My boiler broke down on a Friday evening and Will came out within two hours of me calling the coldest weekend and record .Unfortunately needed to order a part which wouldn’t arrive till Monday morning but I was kept up-to-date by the Office and Will. Excellent service I was worried about leaving British Gas After being with them 20 odd years have no worries now even better Service from Homecare thank you.

Engineer was excellent, very helpful. Kirby stripped and minor fault rectified. Cordless model, a Kirby model bought 4 years ago was not cleaning properly, so was also stripped down but the motor was at fault and spare parts no longer available. I have replaced it with a homecare cordless model and breathed a sigh of relief that the repayments were just about within my budget because this was obviously an unexpected purchase.
