Very pleasant polite young man. Kept us informed on tracking arrived promptly . Explained a couple of spots where fluff can reduce suction. He rescued my arachnophobia by demonstrating the small hand held by catching a big black spider that had crept in during the night. He gently tried to gain our interest in the small vac without us feeling under pressure but it is not for us at the moment thankyou..
