As usual service was excellent & the carpet looks & smells lovely, really pleased with the results. The young man was polite, friendly & very efficient, no complaints at all, his name is Paul Row

Alex was pleasant and respectful during his visit this morning. He quickly found a very bad build up which he quickly cleared. He gave the machine a thorough check and clean and found that the filter needed to be replaced. He told me that a new filter would be sent to me. Five star care and attention.
