We were highly satisfied with Duane’s visit this morning . We had a text the day before to confirm his visit and arrived promptly this morning . He was very pleasant took details of all our other appliances and explained your maintenance plan (which we have took on) our oven looks “new” and our fan at the back was also cleaned (previous Engineers had never done) it was a pleasure to have met him . We hope we continue to have Duane on our further appointments.

Carpet had several severe stains on it in addition to 10 years of wear and tear but it cleaned up beautifully and was virtually back to its original colour and condition.
