My vacuum service was carried out very efficiently and with minimum mess and the engineer was very helpful at answeringvarious queries I had about my machine.. . Excellent experience all round.

The engineers were polite and friendly and the trainee did the servicing of our Dyson carpet cleaner very well and the other engineer tried to sell us a new one that came out in May this year it was a Dibea and he gave us a demonstration and offered us a good deal part exchange regarding our Dyson if we wanted to go ahead but I said perhaps in the near future.The engineer training his colleague has serviced our Dyson before and he did a good job then a long time ago.
