Good service on hoovers today by Keiran really pleased. Showed us other attachments etc but I didn't need anything. Know about the other services as ive been with the company for years.

The lad was personable and did a good job of the cleaning but there was far too much emphasis on trying to sell replacement goods. I requested a cleaning service not a sales visit and it felt like the sales were the priority and the cleaning a minor point.
