Matthew kept us informed of when he was on his way. He arrived and introduced himself. He told us how long it would take and that the furniture would be damp afterwards.. He cleaned the furniture thoroughly and it looks so clean and smells fresh. He was polite and very friendly throughout his visit. Thank you
