The company called to schedule 2-3 weeks in advance, but no reminder calls, and no time of arrival was given. Workers showed up after noon - after I called the office to see if they were actually coming or not! The workers did knock on the door to let me know they had arrived, but did not review the purchase (I had to ask to be sure they were adding the gutter guards), and they left without notice. Sales and estimator were professional, thorough, and not pushy. Installer was experienced, professional, and tidy. The Windows came out great. Since most individuals work, the Company needs to be more specific on construction planning. Therefore, better communication from install to completion would have been beneficial to homeowner. Overall, we are elated to have new windows!!!

The workers came early worked very hard, took a short lunch brake and finished the job in hours. The foreman explained all the different steps they had to do to do a good job. I feel they were a little expensive , but so far I'm happy with the work, and would recommend them to everyone.

I noticed that there were not many reviews as it pertains to siding, the ones that I did see echoes my experience with HCR. Be very careful with this company, the sales are somewhat high pressure but decent overall. The issues come with the quality of the install and god forbid you need warranty repair. After about 60 days, our newly installed siding started to separate from the house and some pieces actually just fell off leaving the backing board exposed. Originally scheduled day for doing the work was canceled after I had requested the day off from work. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Some materials or methods were not exactly as the sales person said. The price seems to be at the high end.
