Very professional. They came out to the house and sat down with my wife and I and completely explained the entire process. When the representative left we were not scratching our heads wonder what we were just told. The representative answered all of our questions in a courteous and professional manner. He did not try to feed us a line of bull, he just presented the facts and let them speak for themselves. They were prompt, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. Top notch company! My family recently chose Homefix Custom Remodeling to replace and install a new roof in my mom s house. Throughout the initial bidding process, we were impressed by the professionalism of Mr. Jason. He informed us on roofing specifics and answered all our questions. He gave my mom the confidence to go with HCR on what she considers a huge investment.
