Let me start by saying when we first made an appointment with Deborah Patterson of Homefix Custom Remodeling to discuss a new roof it was going to be just that a discussion. Ms. Patterson was so informative about the product and services that we felt no need to look further and made the decision that evening to hire HCR. I love the quality of work. The issue that I have is the communication between the customer and the company. It bothered me as to why was it so hard for me to contact them after payment was received before any work was started. These days, that worries people. And the most important thing that bothers me is that I have yet to receive my invoice on completed work now going on 2 months. And on that note, how does someone expect a good review? That's bad business.

It has been a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. First, we talked to Chris D., a senior account consultant from Homefix Custom Remodeling. He explained to us in detail our options, choices, prices, and what to expect in the process. Outstanding windows! I hired them after 5 estimates. They were not the lowest price but they gave me the best terms to not grow the job. I had 16 original 35 y/o windows replaced with a good amount of rotten wood. The project manager and his helper were personable and professional and raved about their company. They replaced the rotten wood and had me inspect before the trim wrap. The craftsmanship of the trim work is top quality.
