We had the roof on our 2640 square-foot house replaced with an architectural-style one in Williamsburg Slate, grey tones with subtle red tones. We are very satisfied with the roof. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep. gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. Expensive but it needed to get done. The crew is wonderful that installed the gutters. I didn�t know they were coming because nobody called me and told me which is important and that�s why customer service was not the best.
