Repaired our AC unit fast over the 4th of July holiday. Very professional and seems like the repair company and AIRECS have a great relationship which you don't get with every home warranty company. Definitely recommend.

My garbage disposal quit working and I called the home warranty people the next morning. They had someone out the next afternoon. The repair man was very nice, was careful moving things below the sink, asked for a bowl in case some water might spill out, did the replacement quickly, and even notice my kitchen sprayer was loose - he tightened that without me even asking. A+ service and A+ repairman.

I just moved into my home and found the air conditioner didn't work. Home Membership contacted Holder's Heating and Air and they worked very quickly to get a replacement compressor and to install it right away. They also mentioned that Home Membership is one of the best home warranty companies they work with. Both companies offered excellent customer service and handled my issue in a timely manner.

This was an awesome experience. I was very pleased with the service of my new ac unit.The service technician was extremely knowledgeable and super courteous. He took the time to explain very detail of his visit. I have never had a service call that was as enjoyable as this one.

We have had our home warranty plan for two years now. Great service, very reasonable rates, and low service call fee. Had our AC unit repaired twice, furnace once, and hot water heater once. Only hang up was on first AC service a year ago they had to come out multiple times to fix the problem. Only charged one service call fee so I was okay with that. So far so good! They even paid for part of our hotel stay while AC was being repaired.

I would rate my experience a 5. I was very pleased with my experience of having a new water heater installed. The gentlemen evaluating and installing it were very professional and thorough and were willing to answer any question I had. I would recommend you to others.
