It was very smooth working with Leah on what was a very challenging refinancing. Our home is rented out while we are on overseas assignment for work. This is not a typical refinancing because we are not in the US and not even living in our home, and our income/expenses were split between US and overseas. In addition, we found the roof needed to be replaced, so had to find and schedule a roofer while we were remote. On top of that, we had the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. I used HomePlus twice. The first time around the purchase fell out of escrow, but my experience up to that point was so positive that they were my first call when we found another home a year later. Everything was done well and very professionally. I felt like I was being treated very fairly and though I was very careful to double-check every fact and number, it was all spot on. Leah Green is an excellent broker. She is thoughtful, responsive and professional. I have nothing but positive feedback for her. Unfortunately, the lender she is working with requires excessive documentation despite proof of income and funds. I was almost ready to find a new lender based on the endless demands for paperwork. That said, Leah is great, her funder not so much

I am very pleased with the outcome of my mortgage loan with HomePlus Mortgage. The loan agent, Shiloh, worked very diligently and tirelessly on the home mortgage. It was a very difficult transaction since it was a bank owned home that had a great number of complications to deal with. HomePlus found be a jumbo mortgage loan at a very good rate (5.125) and it just closed about a week ago.
