John is very straight forward person. His works were very efficient. He never waist our time. It took him 8 full days to get our loan approval and funding. At first we wanted to go with the loan at Costco, because it was a little cheaper. But and then we decided to go with John at HomePlus, because we saw John had very good reviews. So we rather spent a little more to have better service. And it is worth the money
Contacted Lender to inquire about getting a VA loan, instead tried to push me into a conventional loan with higher overall cost. I do not recommend for fellow brothers in arms.
