I selected Lyndsay Knight with Home Plus Mortgage becasue she provided a competative rate and I had confidence that she would be able to close the loan. She kept me regularly updated during the escrow period and she was extremely responsive by e-mail and by phone. Everything she discussed with me about the process happened. I was worried about sending my information out to a sea of mortgage companies. Worried I would be bombarded by 10,20,30 bankers giving me the hard sell. Well, this happened, but what it led to was coming in contact, and getting to know, Brian Duda at Home Plus Mortgage. In short - Brian and Home Plus has earned my business for life. I have had a good experience with Home Mortgage Plus. It was pleasure to work with Brian Duda the Home Loan officer. He was easy to get hold of any question during the pre-approval and loan approval process. The rates that were offered were good as per the market rate, there was good communication during the approval process , 4.5 out of 5 for the lender.

We worked with other companies but they could not accommodate our needs. Homeplus came through for us when others found obstacles. Our representative, Leah, was quite easy to work with and responded to all our questions very quickly. Prompt and decisive responses were critical in helping us get our offer accepted. The property we acquired was an REO and the transaction had it's fair share of delays. Despite this, I can say that the entire process for us was relatively smooth. Chris Ross is great on getting everything done, and fast too. Keeps me in the loop, always tells me what's going on at the moment. Also very kind to answer all the stupid questions I have, and explains in detail. Great in responding to my calls or emails. My office doesn't get cell reception, so he would try both cell and work phone, and also email, which is great!! My interest rate was also decently good. The overall experience working with him is great!
