After and unsuccessful refinance adventure with a large bank I went to Lending Tree and found Home Plus mortgage. Mortgage Agent Jeff Ludlow was very easy to work with and went to bat for me in order to get my loan approved at a very good rate. I am very happy with their service.

Overall I had a good experience and great customer service. We had a very unique situation because we own our own business and the finances of our company overlap our personal lives. It took a lot to separate the two, and at least 10 lenders/brokers were unable to do anything for us because of this. Lindsay from Home Plus Mortgage was great - she helped us through this long process, and ultimately we refinanced with a great rate and are very happy

Lisa was very responsive answering what documentation was needed and knowing what the lenders would need in order to approve the loan. I was able to get loan approval prior to removing my loan contingencies and did not have any hiccups. The rate that I was promised was the rate that I was given and there were no hidden fees that turned up at escrow.
