Great lender! Hal and Fran were fantastic! I had self employment and IHSS income sources for a jumbo refinance. They found a lender that would work with that when other companies couldn't. They worked extremely hard to present the income in a way that the underwriters would accept and understand. They would not accept no for an answer and got the underwriters to approve my loan. Thank you so much, best lender I have ever worked with.
