Smooth Sailing Carl , Snyder , Home plus Mortgage , did in 4 weeks what my former mortgage company failed to do in 4 months i.e. refinance my loan ! 5 stars We did a refi and Zach was our Rep. He answered all our questions…and we had a ton and was patient and helpful. He answered my emails quickly and always called me for more info and clarification. He listened to what we needed and made it happen. 5 other refinance companies were also helping me and I told Zach the rates and service and he helped me sort through it all. Zach was the most helpful of all the companies I dealt with. Smart, courteous and most of all gave us what we needed. We really appreciate Zach.

Chuck Crowder was very helpful The process was very easy, and Chuck was highly attentive to our needs. The loan came in with a great rate from HomePlus, and they were awesome about making a complex process easy for us.
I was finally able to close my refinance. This was my 4th lender in 6 months for my refinance. I admit I was part of the problem because I'm just tired of providing so much unnecessary personal information. I also just wanted normal customer service which I don't think is unreasonable. Working with Emily and her team at HomePlus was great. She was professional and focused on helping me. We never had an issue because she just simply followed thru - it was a very streamlined the process.
