Truly enjoyable experience Irene was with us from start to finish through our refinance. She is a truly skilled professional that kept us up to date throughout the process. Her preferred method is by phone. When we couldn't be reached by phone, she sent emails as well. If we had any questions, Irene responded the same day by phone or email.
