Exceptional Not only was the rate better, no points and a smaller loan amount than other companies were quoting me, but Melisa got back to me immediately every time I had a question. Her original estimates for amounts and dates ended up being right on. She was helpful and friendly and consistently reliable. I shopped around and they were the only company that actually offered a credit back for costs. I am completely satisfied and confident and I found the best deal out there.
Easiest refi ever Jenah was fantastic to work with. She was always easy to reach and quick to reply to questions. Her team was excellent as well, and everything went smoothly. Great experience We recently refinanced our home mortgage. Charlie Wickstrand of HomePlus was one of five loan brokers/lendors we chose to work with to get the best possible rate. Charlie was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. More importantly, he came up with the best loan terms by far, compared to the other four brokers/lendors. Once we gave Charlie the green light, he guided us through the many steps, ending in the funding of our loan. We would not hesitate to use Charlie for a future loan.
