Great experience, highly recommended! First time working with Charlie, but I’ll only do business with him going forward, and he’s the only mortgage broker I have recommended to family and friends, including a realtor friend. Charlie knows his stuff. Not pushy or anything on the sales. He’s super patient, and most importantly for me, he is super responsive.

Really the best James at Homeplus Mortgage really did a fantastic job with my refinance. Zach Adams made our home happen! We were first time home buyers, wife is independent contractor and I have a BK from several years ago. Zach was super thoughtful in how he structured our loan(s). Easiest Re-Fi ever! James Rotta Rocks! James was awesome, honored an online deal that was too good to be true, and made it happen! He never tried to "hard sell" me anything. He was on top of every aspect of the re-fi process, and was always available to answer questions and concerns (not there there were any concerns). I will happily recommend him to anyone who needs a mortgage.

Pleasant, Efficient & Competitive I was about to close a refinance with my current lender after 3 months of waiting. For whatever reason, I searched rates one day and HomePlus was advertising 1/2% lower than I was about to lock in. As a former mortgage officer, isn't everyone, and having not heard of Home Plus, I figured this was the "too good to be true scenario." They worked with me to match my fees and still provide the lower rate. All done in less than 30 days.

Jenah was on top of it Efficient, professional, and quick to respond, I don't see how Jenah could have done a better job. Knowing that my preferred method of communication was by email, she accommodated except when a phone call was necessary. The loan application and closing went flawlessly.
