Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my 1st refi Chris Ross is the ultimate in customer satisfaction. He was always very patient and attentive to our needs. He made our 1st home refi experience pleasurable. We had many questions and concerns going thru the process and Chris put us at ease with his demeanor and experience. Excellent company Tim was Fantastic during the Entire process!! I'm the type that likes to be kept in the "loop" and checked often for updates and questions.
