Great customer service My experience was pretty painless. I really appreciated the personal attention i got from my agent Eddy. Although I had tried unsucesfully about a year ago to refinance, he did not hold it against me that i didnt qualify at that time. I was given good information on what i needed to do to qualify in the future. Professional and knowledgeable Hal is a very professional and knowledgeable loan officer, he always answers my questions timely and effectively. He is willing to explain details of the loan rate and the loan processing routine to me and guide me each step during the loan process, and my loan was approved smoothly and effortlessly for me. Excellent Services This is the second time I have worked with Mr. Rotta. What a breeze!! Mr. Rotta was very efficient in his communication, quick to get me answers and when I missed him, he returned my call within 10 minutes. He helped us with a refi and the process could not have been easier. I tried calling several others but James is the best.

Outstanding! Jenah was fantastic. She gave me the best rates. I applied with a few different companies and got a rate locked. When the rates dropped after the lock I asked the companies to see if they could lock the lower rate. They didn't even respond. Jenah on the other hand, proactively got me the best rates as the rates were going up and down. Thank you so much Jenah for excellent service and a great overall experience.

Great Experience We had a great experience with James during our refinance process. He is the type that goes right to the point, tells you exactly what needs to be done, and constantly follows up to make sure things are moving. He locked a great rate for us, and closed the loan without wasting any time. His team members also work very hard. We were actually not very confident given the COVID-19 chaos, but James made it happen for us. Yay!

Above and Beyond I was referred to Joe from a friend and he went above and beyond my expectations. I've only bought one house before and that was many years ago. Joe took the reins and made this happen. With our world's current situation the process was changing daily and he didn't miss a beat.
