Quick, simple, smooth refinancing Very happy with my second experience with refinancing my primary home mortgage . Chris is cordial and straightforward, professional and very easy to communicate with via phone, txt, or email. Got the rate I wished for and the process is extremely simple and basically all online except for final signature by a traveling notary .
