As I mentioned in my review of HomePlus Mortgage, Todd Lee was highly recommended by family members, and was very helpful and patient as we went through the documentation requirements for my home loan. I was very pleased with my experience working with Todd. I closed on my home on schedule with a great rate!

Because she had such a good experience when buying her own home, my daughter recommended that I contact Todd Lee to secure a mortgage for my new home. My mortgage application was a bit unusual since I am retired and haven't worked for years. Todd was very helpful in dealing with the numerous documentation requirements. He secured a loan for me at a great rate and I closed on my house in 30 days. I would definitely recommend Todd and HomePlus Mortgage

Gilbert Ramos, with HomePlus mortgage did a great job of putting together and shepherding our refi. There were many challenging hurdles to overcome and Gilbert succeeded in winning on my behalf every time: 1. lowest total fees and costs by more than $1000 over competing brokers and lenders; 2. Helped overcome challenging income issues as I recently retired; 3. Of all the refinances that I've done, homeplus mortgage was by far the easiest and most trouble free loan process of all. John Vitale is a professional that really knows his job. His knowledge and explanations of the loan process are outstanding. I will, for sure, be contacting John for all my mortgage loan needs in the future. Also, I will be recommending him and homeplus mortgage to all my family and friends.

After having an awful experience with a different home mortgage company (no return calls, couldn't reach a human being and much worse!) I finally decided to contact HomePlus Mortgage, and Leah Green contacted me immediately! Within one hour she got the ball rolling and made what is usually a difficult process, quite painless. She was amazing and I highly recommend HomePlus for the best customer service and rates

I wanted to see how much I could save with the mortgage rates so low. I emailed Chris Ross (who I worked with before) and he thought it would be beneficial to refinance. He ran some numbers with some assumptions, and I did the same and it looked like I could save quite a bit so I went ahead. The paperwork went pretty smoothly. Chris is very responsive (even on weekends) and was able to advise me through the refinance process. The process went pretty smooth and he answered any questions I had. The closing was pretty close to the initial estimate (a few hundred dollars more) and the interest rate was the same as estimated which is great! Would use him again in the future.
