As a longtime homeowner (25+ years), we've done quite a few refinances. I have to say this refi was by far, the cleanest, most straight-forward, drama-free refinance. Yeah! It is possible to get a refi, even with rates being so low and the loan agents working like crazy. Our loan Agent, John Vitale was professional, prompt and courteous. He even called on the day the loan funded, to let us know the loan had funded. He always got right back to us, never left us hanging. Great people to work with. Highly recommend!
James was the best! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. I have done several loans before and never had such a great loan officer. If I ever need another loan, he is our guy....and i will recommend him to everyone I know. He was always available, answered all my questions, and was very nice every time. We couldn't have done this without him.

I called Homeplus on a whim after reading the reviews of homeplus and after another lender could not help us get a loan we wanted. James Louckes answered the phone and we lucked out. He has been the best part of our purchase. I don't think anyone else could have gotten this done. He was amazing, super helpful, always available, and always nice even when i asked him a million questions. If i could give him 10 stars, I would.
John was very informative, patient, and concerned with any questions that I had throughout the entire refinance. He was quick to return emails and phone calls and spent time with me to review pertinent information.
