I have completed a home purchase and two refinancing in one year with Home Plus Mortgage. Perfection is the best word I would describe the service that James Loucks have provided me and multiply that by THREE. James is very detail oriented and extremely professional who was very attentive to all my concerns. He is a “must have” loan officer whether you are doing a purchase or refinance.
Again, as I stated in my review, I did not have great credit, but Jonathan worked hard to make it happen. It was not easy and after a few weeks of back and forth, he was able to make it happen. If I ever need home lending again, I will absolutely go through HomePlus
Terry explained the refinance process in detail. He was always available for questions and responded to phone messages quickly-within a half hour or less. I always knew what the next step would be and his follow up was excellent.
This is my second no cost refinance with John Vitale. He is excellent at explaining and answering all questions you may have during the loan process. He is always available, and if he is busy, he responds quickly to any concerns you may have. If you are looking to get financing for a home loan, John is excellent to deal with, and I would definitely recommend him.
