We worked with John Hamidi to refinance our main residence. John was always very prompt and professional in our dealings. To provide example: we had to deliver some bad news to John and about getting a competing offer at the 11th hour that seemed like it was a better deal than what HomePlus had to offer. John was very understanding and patient while we did our due diligence and vetted the other deal. Hi - when I put my name and number on line to get a refi, John Hamidi was the only one who actually replied with some useable information. Everyone else called to try to chat me up and give me the company sales pitch (which I didn't have time to do with 60 calls a day!). John gave me a selection of types of loans and interest rates. He helped me apply with minimal time and effort on my part. He was quick to respond and was courteous and efficient throughout, even when I got moody. Thanks John

John is great at what he does... he is able to get the same rock bottom rates as those impersonal Internet web based financing businesses and offers the personal contact of the neighborhood professional. Like I said John is great at what he does and perhaps more importantly he just comes across as a great guy and I think these days that's about the best endorsement I can give
