I had two issues with my used car buying experience. First, their internet listing on AutoTrader was not in alignment with the actual vehicle (showed additional packages that weren't actually on the vehicle). Second, immediately after driving off lot I discovered a warning light. Dealer did not resolve issue and did very little to help me resolve. I absolutely would not work with them again.
Very expensive labour. I did my last repair on 04/30/2022 for oil change and Rear Tire TPMS sensor which cost $61 dollars and labour for these services were $387 dollars. Total I paid $487 for just to replace TPMS sensor and oil change. Insane prices. Please stay away from this dealer service. Hope this will help you all to decide. Thank you.
They were great when they sold us our car. However they never put in for our state rebate of $1700 for our energy efficient car. We have been calling them for 3 weeks now and no one calls us back and when we ask for specific people the call goes to "the front desk" even though it is supposed to be the direct line for high up sales managers. Two weeks ago I bought a used civic and we just notice the bottom of the front end was glued and taped. We immediately bought the car to the dealership to have them fix it because obviously this was like that when we bought. They refused to fix for free and they told us we got into an accident. Not only was the bottom of the car damaged there is internal damage. This is Unacceptable and irresponsible to sell a car like this. All of our Certified Preowned vehicles come with a 120-point inspection report, which we share with you at the time of purchase. When you took possession of the vehicle, there was no visible damage, and a clean CarFax report. We also have pictures of the car taken while it was for sale. Unfortunately someone backed into the car or somehow damaged the car. I'm usually willing to offer the benefit of the doubt, even if Honda City had a mediocre at-best reputation online. Sadly, my experience played out to the T as many others. Went with a specific used car in mind. Salesman Daniel was honest to questions and cleared me for a longer test drive. I ended up liking the car enough to talk money. Sold me a car with a huge scratch on it. promised to fix it. I called for MONTHS to get the scratch fixed and each time I asked to please get a courtesy car so I can get to my job! they kept telling me they'd ask a manager. then never call me back. then I'd call again and the exact same thing would happen all over again. they also promised me custom mats for the car for my inconvenience, obviously that never happened. DO NOT buy a car here.
Rude salesman was very obnoxious to my wife and I starting the conversation with “you know we do not negotiate from internet (asking) price?” even though the median KBB book value was below it and then went on a long rant on how they do not make money on smaller cars, making us feel like us and business did not matter. Beware of vehicles where they being stored until they are purchased , my family just purchased a brand new CRV only to find it loaded with ants and spiders nest. They claimed they cleaned the entire car when we took it back with our complaint only to find the ants have returned inside the car . Management has failed to make this situation right. Shame on Honda City.
Will offer all sorts of promises to make the sale. Was supposed to have rims touched up and mirror fixed before pick up. I had bring the car back to get the rim work done only to have to bring to car to service to get the mirror fixex. Salesperson. bragged about how great the rim touch up guy was but he got paint all over my tires. When asked why the mirror wasn't fixed I was told that he was working on 2 others sales, with the implication that my sale was made and followup on my issues wasnt6 as important as the next sale.
