Once you lease or buy the car they don’t care about you. They made a mistake and tried to cover it up. They were awful and I would never recommend them to anyone. Go to Babylon Honda at least they are honest. The worst customer service ever and we have been Honda owners for years.
Do NOT work here they have improper training , Sue the accounting supervisor is insensitive I had become sik with extremely high blood pressure and she texted me and said as it is a busy Monday can i please come into work when I could NOT see to drive !!!! They also expect you to investigate where paperwork is and other people give you their work to do so they dont have to do it themselves . you have to fix the service departments mistakes because they dont know how to do their job properly !!!! I have now leased 4 cars from Honda City, but unfortunately will be going elsewhere next time. It has always been a pleasant experience until now. The salesman was extremely pushy throughout the process. In addition, there were 3 times when he said he would call for an update on pickup of my car, but each time I had to call there instead. Purchasing the car was actually a great experience. It was not until I received a flat tire that this Honda dealership really let me down. I was alone in an unfamiliar area. After having waited for triple a, I was asked for the lug nut key. To my surprise, it was not in the pouch where it should have been. It was never actually given to me.
