My good friend just got assaulted at Honda City in Levittow! He originally went in to trade in a car for an SUV but when the staff was less than professional he decided to decline the deal. This would be the end of it in any normal business, but when my friend went into the office get his application back they get PHYSICALLY ABUSIVE with him and use foul language and insults! Couldn't get me the car I wanted, North Shore Honda secured the car in 20 minutes over the phone!
Called me 5 times yesterday about the car we are considering. Also sent 3 emails. I left a massage asking he general manager call me about this and he as yet to return my call. This is the1 call that could not make. Need someone to talk to... just try and deal with these guys you will get plenty of calls.
