The service manager Mark had an affair with my wife and snuck Into my hone when I was away on business. My children were (10 and 8) were in their rooms while Mark the service manager skulked around my home. this is was not a one time thing this was ongoing for over a year. Of course my X first and foremost the real culprit., But this guy had no problem sneaking into my house and we know why he was there...and my children rooms only a few feet away. Thats a low life.

This is 1st comment in my life. Struggling for appointment for a week and no one is responding. Lying on phone and customer representatives are very unprofessional and rude. Finally after a long discussion they told me to bring vehicle. when my wife arrived at service center, customer resp said that you don’t have appointment and very unprofessional. I have to take few moments off from my busy work schedule and spoke with them. Finally they did service of one vehicle. Doesn’t entertain for another one. Next day brought other... read more

Came in for NYS inspection and a check tire pressure light (car is under warranty)...still sitting here 2 hours later. Pathetic.

I have had 5 cars from Honda City. 2015 car lease is up and the new staff is aggressive, unprofessional and not one person ever contacted me after I walked out. I even e-mailed the person who made my appt. Nice to be so independent. You will never see me again!

The SRS airbag light is on in 2017 Civic and Honda needs a few days to repair. They need to take out the seat and put in a seat from another car to diagnose and then order the part. Sounds strange but ok. Here's the kicker, they wont give me a loaner vehicle. WTF did I get a brand new car only to have to rent a car cause my 8 month old car is in the shop!!!! Smh. No bueno @Honda

Good experience I walked away with the car I wanted at the price I wanted. My only complaint was after everything was signed and paid for I was only handed one key to the car . When I questioned the sales person as to why there wasn't a spare key he informed me that since the car I purchased wasn't a certified preowned due to the nothing more than the fact that it is a 2010 Accord with 52,000 miles To be certified it can't be older than 2012 or have more than 80,000 miles.
