I came to this dealership as a recent college graduate and found them straightforward, friendly, and pleasant to work with. My salesperson, Hal Tidwell, and his manager went out of their way to make sure I got a great price, and I got a better price than any other Honda dealership I went to had ever offered me. Mr. Mike Patel was a great help in making the procedure fun and easy for me to obtain a Honda vehicle. I had looked for a new car for 2 months and was unable to find anything that fit my list of needs. On the second trip back to Downtown LA Honda, Joe Schuster, the owner of the dealership helped me get exactly what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. They presented excellent customer service and did everything in their power for me to drive away with a new car and happy about my purchase. It was refreshing to work with a dealership that actually cared about their customers.
I was surprised at how friendly everyone at the dealership was. Mike was great to work with and so were the GMs I spoke to and the owner. All were accommodating and helpful and made my car buying experience minimally stressful and actually enjoyable.
