To began. The Service adviser, Erica was amazing. She greeted me when I arrived and she walked me through the entire experience. She kept me advised on what was happening and if any delays She was very easy to work with.
Honda of Fort Worth is the best! Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. I went in because I had a nail in a tire, the service rep noticed I needed an oil change and said we can do that now if you want! Both things were taken care of in no time

I had a wreck. My insurance refused to pay. They said the damage was pre-existing. The service manager, Terry Stuart, helped me to prove it wasn't. It saved me the expense of an Attorney.
