I had an excellent experience. Setting up an appointment online was easy. My service advisor, Brittney, was fabulous. She explained what needed to be done after the service inspection and why. I appreciate the pictures and descriptions the service department provided. In addition, she listed the costs of the service. I am grateful for the text messages that provided status reports along the way. I am pleased with the work they performed, and my car is running fine. The shuttle service was helpful as well.
