I liked the Service writer Danny. He is an excellent employee in my perspective. After the service I have the Service writer check the oil level with me to reassure me that the level is good as per the dip stick indicator. I was concerned about the low level of the blue antifreeze; he concurred and he added some antifreeze fluid. I asked other questions and he gave me information about the services. Had a flat tire . Took my Civic in to have the tire looked at. They replaced the flat tire with a new tire. Everything was handled so quickly!
