We met with the Service Manager and we explained the issue with our car; something is up with its brakes. Right away he took us to meet with the technician who would accompany us on a test drive. He quickly observed the symptoms and confirmed that there is an issue. We will plan for an appointment with the Service Manager to have the work done. We are glad that the issue was diagnosed so quickly.
