It was great working with my service manager getting the required maintenance entered. Service included the lube, oil and filter change, the fuel filter change, tire rotation, and repack of the front wheel bearings. Purchased 2019CR-V from Honda of Ft Worth new and have had it serviced each year since. Just completed my 6th service with Srv Rep Jesse. Things went smoothly. Jesse kept me informed the whole time I was there. Never felt ignored or forgotten. I have always appreciated this about their service department. I consider Jesse a high-quality service rep.
