The whole Honda team was great and very helpful and always a pleasure to have my car serviced through them.
I liked the ease with which I could schedule an appointment. The check in was quick. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable with great amenities, like TVs and a snack bar. My driver (Gary?) to get me home and back was efficient and congenial! My Service Advisor Erica made me feel very welcome there. She was punctual, informative and attentive. Upon checking out she answered all my questions. This was a very positive experience and my vehicle runs significantly better now. I shall return for additional services.

Took my 2020 Honda Accord in for recall on fuel pump. Next day the car quit. Thankfully I was stranded in a parking lot and not out on the open highway. Had to arrange my own tow to the dealer because they did not have towing services. After reaching the dealer via tow truck, my car was repaired. Turned out it was a faulty O-ring. Needless to say, this situation did not please me in the least!
