They are always accommodating. The waiting area is large with plenty of seating. There is a snack bar if needed. In the colder months it is kinda cold in the waiting area, so make sure to wear a coat inside if you'll be waiting long.

My CR-V was under recall for the fuel pump. I called to see if the fix was available. They had just gotten 3 of them in. Told me to come that day to get it fixed.
