Just bought a new Ridgeline from Metro Honda. The experience started on line and then moved to telephone. Our salesperson, JR, was always pleasant on the phone and even more helpful once we came in. While this dealer is located about 45 minutes from where I live, I am seriously considering having my service work done there. EVERYONE has been friendly and helpful, including the money man (who was more pleasant, helpful and efficient)! About the only suggestion I have is to offer lunch when I new buyer is help up waiting ... read more
