Food was great, but it took nearly two hours to get our order
The mashed potatoes were bland, fries soggy, Mac and cheese was clumpy
They did put the right amount of fish in the order. I had to take it back to be corrected. The restaurant is just too busy to pay attention to details

It was over an hour late. and while you said you would send some kind of refund/coupon, it never arrived
Good didn’t taste fresh at all. It used to be good. But not anymore
The rolls were hard and there was no lid on the bucket of chicken. The food arrived cold. I will figure out pick up next time.
