First time coming to this resturant tonight had my husband pick up our food tonight. The host standing at the pick up window could not get her name so I called back resturant the young lady that answer phone stated her name is jalisa, which probably is a lie but she were short very rude had terrible customers service and nasty attitude. I will not be ordering food moving forward from this resturant or patronizing at this busniess. I'd love to share how the chicken was, but alas, an empty box with rolls is all I received. This wasn't the fault of the delivery person (the bag was sealed); the restaurant simply didn't include it. When we contacted them, we were told there was nothing they could do, but that we were free to place another order.

Raw and smelly chicken was what they sent me. I also ordered a coke and they sent me a lemonade that looks like water with sugar, I work in the kitchen and I think they should smell things before preparing. That chicken also feels a little salty. How unpleasant to buy in this place

So let me first say the lobster rolls were amazing with a lot of lobster, and the chicken was ok. Service was fine, we decided to eat outside due to the not having enough space for some one with mobility issues. They have a ramp but trying to exit, my son's wheelchair just bumps in to chairs and table close to the exit practically blocking it. Please do better

Only received 1/3 of my order. Ordered as a guest through the delivery service on Honeymoon Chicken's website and after eagerly awaiting only received a single entree and a side out of the 6 items we ordered. Called the restaurant and left a message, also tried emailing the email provided and haven't received any response from either. We were extremely disappointed! I'm not sure if I just ordered on the wrong day or what, but my experience with this restaurant was probably the worst I've ever had ordering online- not because of ease of access, or the delivery, but with the order itself: *there was a freezer thermometer mixed in to my salad!* It's no small thing either, maybe the size of a pocketwatch, so it's true baffling to me how this could have gotten in there. Safe to say I won't be ordering from here again!

The last time I had their chicken I was so disappointed! My chicken was spicy and I ordered the original honey base chicken and that is not what I received. The batter on the chicken was different and was falling off. It was darker than usually. This chicken is not cheap so to spend 40 dollars on two order and not be satisfied is not good! My family reservation was at 1200 today for 5 people. We got water immediately but our drink came out after our appetizers...20 minutes. Main course came out 20 minutes later, only after mentioning that other people who arrived after us were eating. They miss items that were ordered such as, Belgium waffles, coleslaw, all these items take minutes to prepare. I am a veteran, 92G who served over 20 years in food service. The only thing I enjoyed here was the company that I was with. I saw so many posts on social media calling this the best fried chicken in D.C. I was incredibly disappointed with Honeymoon. In terms of ordering, you order off of a QR code with no waiter. It kind of reminded me of a fast food chicken restaurant with this element. The chicken was stale and lacked freshness while the Mac and cheese tasted like chicken alfredo. I won't be back again. Who knows maybe it is my southern high bar for fried chicken.
