This restaurant was so amazing! The decor was nice. The outdoor eating area was spacious. The ordering process was very quick and easy. The drinks were inexpensive but VERY tasty! (Try the Hot Honey Margarita) Now about the FOOD! OMG that seasoning is EVERYTHING! Cooked to perfection, the chicken sandwich was crispy and juicy. The chicken combo was nice and seasoned, the honey butter rolls were soft and the chicken wings were really good. Everything was on point 10/10!

Went to their establishment on 11/18/25 (yesterday). The first order of the 8-piece hot honey chicken we ordered out of excitement was served to us as old lukewarm chicken. Mind you the price of this entree is over $30, so we sent it back and asked for fresh chicken. The establishment agreed and made us a new batch that took about 5 additional minutes. Service is slow, but chicken is good. I sat around while I watched people come in and order a takeout and get their food before me. Not cool.

Delicious. And I'm not a chicken person. There were some really great options for sides and both a mushroom burger or a fish sandwich. I'd go back on a weekday when there's a bundle special for a sandwich and side also unlikely to dine in again. The service at a table was not my fav. You scan a QR code on a table and then food is brought to you. It's basically like Panera. Except they ask for tips. Would not dine in again. But thankfully you can easily order take out. First time coming to this resturant tonight had my husband pick up our food tonight. The host standing at the pick up window could not get her name so I called back resturant the young lady that answer phone stated her name is jalisa, which probably is a lie but she were short very rude had terrible customers service and nasty attitude. I will not be ordering food moving forward from this resturant or patronizing at this busniess. I'd love to share how the chicken was, but alas, an empty box with rolls is all I received. This wasn't the fault of the delivery person (the bag was sealed); the restaurant simply didn't include it. When we contacted them, we were told there was nothing they could do, but that we were free to place another order.

Raw and smelly chicken was what they sent me. I also ordered a coke and they sent me a lemonade that looks like water with sugar, I work in the kitchen and I think they should smell things before preparing. That chicken also feels a little salty. How unpleasant to buy in this place

So let me first say the lobster rolls were amazing with a lot of lobster, and the chicken was ok. Service was fine, we decided to eat outside due to the not having enough space for some one with mobility issues. They have a ramp but trying to exit, my son's wheelchair just bumps in to chairs and table close to the exit practically blocking it. Please do better

Only received 1/3 of my order. Ordered as a guest through the delivery service on Honeymoon Chicken's website and after eagerly awaiting only received a single entree and a side out of the 6 items we ordered. Called the restaurant and left a message, also tried emailing the email provided and haven't received any response from either. We were extremely disappointed!
