I discovered Honeymoon chicken from an Instagram post. The Notyouraveragehala IG page posted a reel and I immediately knew I had to try this chicken. The food was so good I came back a few days later and I live an hour away. I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty packed. We waited for about 15 minutes for a table for three. I came on the restaurant open and the chicken is absolutely incredible. it was freshly fried. I inhaled the chicken and cannot wait to come back again.

Frank Sinatra would love to eat here because the chicken flies you to the moon! Incredible food. The rolls are very buttery, chicken is hot, and service is great. location is great and the music is at an enjoyable volume, bustling kitchen full of kind staff members!

I will drive across the city for this chicken, absolutely delicious. The crunch outside breading, moist chicken and the honey dust is a beautiful combo. This place is pretty busy, but food is still made quickly. My favorite side would be their mashed potatoes and their portion sizes are generous.

A cute little diner, with such sweet staff. We didn't dine in, but they let us sit at a table and brought us water, as we decided what we wanted and answered all our questions. NOW! to the part that I know you want to hear! I am not a fried chicken expert, more like a fried chicken enthusiast. This is the best chicken in the world! The honey makes it so good. You must try it sometime. The honey butter rolls are delicious and the mashed pototoes are so good. They're always so hot.

I will agree it's a 4 star spot. The Hot Glazed Fried Chicken Sandwich is on the popular items on the Menu. My personal favorite was the Whole Jumbo Wings.. The chicken sandwich bread was butter and little too thick. However, the service we received was very pleasant and patient. The spot is definitely crowded in a small area. It's extremely cramp inside so make sure you bring your mask and sanitizer spray..I do recommend this spot at least for a first time try.. Add it to your list if you're in city by Roosevelt HS..

Was excited to try the new "chicken spot " that is all the rave on Social media- the chicken was decent- was little disappointed because my husband and I asked for regular with honey on the side- only to drive 40 minutes back home to see our chicken was SATURATED IN HONEY- my husband was really disappointed after a 70.0 tab for 8 pieces of chicken and 3 sides and a kale salad- YES AN ENTIRE GROCERY BILL- we tried it
