On May 6, 2022, between 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM (broad daylight) my Toyota Tundra was vandalized. The catalytic converters were removed. The cost to replace is $8000 plus. Be wary of this location. Gangs roam the area freely and the police will not respond to incidents like the above. The Cinema has cameras in the parking lot, So what. Anyway the theatre is much like any other. Nothing special
Trash left in front of ticket booth, paid online with proof but wouldn't get seated when one of us had our ID on hand. There was no reason to not be seated especially since we had already paid!
I wouldn't come here and you can't even pay me to do it. The workers are rude, management is worse, and the bartender is lousy (putting it nicely). Plus the bathrooms are gross. I will go out of my way to Humble and go to AMC because their IMAX and Dolby room is way better.
The price is fair but the lanes are not good. You spend more time waiting for them to come fix the lane then actually bowling.
They are very discriminating because they would not give my daughter bumpers because they were one year older than eleven I would say that is very rude because we are paying for a good experience but unfortunately we did not get one from now on I would encourage you to go to Max bowl they have way better food services and bowling and they have the right shoe sizes
The bowling was awesome! Where we had our bad experience was with the uneducated staff that works at the CAFE section. I ordered a pizza half pepperoni and half jalapeño and the staff messed up our order! My kids where hungry as the entire pizza was full w jalapeños and I couldn't feed them that. It was going to take another 20 mins for another pizza. I asked very nicely since they messed on the order if they could make me another pizza for the kids for free. The first time I came here the experience was good. However, they have gone down hill since opening. My wife and I ordered food and a beer. Beer was good. My food was wrong and took forever to correct. My wife's chicken strips took 40 mins. I watched seven employees in their early 20's socialize and gossip instead of help. There was a woman in a maroon shirt masquerading as a manger, not quite sure why she bothered coming in. This place could double as a Macy's, the employees make better mannequins than actual workers.

Ordered some nachos and got quesadillas , took a while for food to be ordered. Staff said"they're he same price soooo.." that is not what I ordered. First time I have a complaint for this place.

Terrible customer service, the worst that we have experienced in Baytown, TX. It started when we approach the ice cream concession after purchasing our tickets that we noticed the initial five representatives quickly disperse to the back; away from the front end and in their phones. We played in the arcade while we waited for our movie and after the movie we decided to bowl.
