I really enjoyed my experience at this theatre. We wanted to see Star Wars a few days after it came out, and I was worried about having to get to the theatre super early and still possibly not having good seats. Fortunately, we discovered that not only can you buy tickets on the website, but you can even reserve your seats for the SDX theatre. This was great because we didn't have to come early at all. The movie screens are great and we like the bowling alley. However, the food service needs to be improved. The bar tenders will often not cover the entire bar and will stand around not thinking they have customers when people are waiting, or will skip customers. The food service is quite slow and at times gets the order wrong even when I order it as its stated in the menu. For example I ordered pork sliders which the menu indicated came with fries. I just went to see Star Wars. Great movie and a great theater to see it in. Two thumbs up for both. Check this place out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

I came here for a work event (we saw a matinee of the new Star Wars movie as a group). The theater is very shiny and new which is nice. When you arrive there's a huge parking lot so plenty of space. Inside you can find a full bar, a bowling alley, and a full complement of snacks and drinks. They sell the normal candy packages but they also sell candy by the pound ($13.99/lb) just like a candy store so you can mix and match and get great portions sizes for a lower price than the packages. It has been 18 years since attending a grand opening for a movie theater. Showbiz Cinemas have perfectly executed a concept that has probably been in the works for a while. I will start with the parking and exterior. It is a ten screen theater with a snack bar, cafe, party rooms and to top it off a bowling alley and a fully stocked bar. They no longer participate in a rewards program. All my elevate points are worthless. They charge $1.50 online to use a card to pay. In the past, we would come and get tickets to save that. Now they are using kiosks that don't have a way to log into your worthless membership AND they charge $1 to use your card to pay. Are you serious? I saw Superman on their "IMAX" screen and it was just bigger, sound was no better. Save your money, make popcorn at home and stream something. It's better that way! I'm never going back... read more

Bought two tickets, popcorn and drink. During the previews the screen was flashing red , blurry and so dark you could barely make anything out. I told the guy at front about it twice, another person in the theater told them three times and the guy behind me told them once. We ended up having to walk out after 25 minutes of the film. P Nothing was ever done . Was told they planned to change the bulb after the movie ends.... So yeah, totally wasted 30$
