Terrible customer service, the worst that we have experienced in Baytown, TX. It started when we approach the ice cream concession after purchasing our tickets that we noticed the initial five representatives quickly disperse to the back; away from the front end and in their phones. We played in the arcade while we waited for our movie and after the movie we decided to bowl. Went to see the new Star Wars movie this weekend - 3 weeks after opening on the first Matinee showing as I never go opening weekend to any movie. I showed up 45 minutes early only to learn that it's reserved seating. I was forced into the vomit section while large groups/jerks with reserved seating came in after the movie started and disturbed everyone's experience trying to find their seats because it's beneath them to watch a few trailers.
