No matter how much I want to like Hooky, they really make it impossible. I've seen five IMAX movies here. The theaters are great and it's the closest IMAX option for me. We usually get the dine-in seats which are very cozy. However that's where the positives end. The food options are terrible. Everything we've ordered has been gross and way overpriced. The theater and restrooms are dirty. Know one is cleaning between shows. They sometimes don't even check tickets.
I'm not picky and I'm not kidding when I say this is the worst movie theater I've ever been to. Staff rude. Theatre hot. Picture stunk. Food cold. Lanes don't have oil. Arcade games didn't work. Bathroom gross. I mean I went out of my way to write this because you have to know before you go!
Theater was dark before and after movie. Needed to use our phone flashlight to see where we are going. When we told the staff, they just looked at us like a deer in the headlights and said, " we have no control of that"
Where to even begin... This was our first time coming to this plaza and was excited to catch a movie here thinking it would be great as the plaza is pretty well acquainted and new. Boy were we wrong! Upon entering- hot- like no AC on whatsoever. We had some time to kill so we thought hey why not try out the arcade- only to find out after buying the playing card that only 20% of the machines actually worked. Terrible in theater service and food!. The food is very very poor quality for the price. Servers did not bring napkins or utensils for both of our meals. I informed her that she didn't and said she would bring them. She never returned. Despicable service. I will not return to this theater.
Was suppose to see Ballerina (the new installment in the John Wick series) at 7pm via an early access screening. Got there and sat for 15 mins before they announced the theater will not be able to screen the film.... Seriously?? The day of release no less with a showing that's exclusive to that 7pm time slot. That's honestly not acceptable and to top it all off the lobby was covered with popcorn and straw wrappers. Not a good look for you guys when considering this is the 4th buyout of the building
