This movie theater is horrid. My husband and I, have been here once before and had no complaints, but this was before it changed management. We first went to the bathrooms which were not well kept. Then, when we entered the theater, it had not been cleaned from the movie before. Drinks everywhere and empty popcorn bins. Absolutely gross. Not only that, they didn't even start the movie on time. Someone had to go out and remind them to start the movie. Definitely would not recommend.

come on hooky's I know you guys can be better every movie I see here I noticed moths flying towards the light that the projector gives off. besides that DO NOT see a movie in the SDX because the multiple movies that I saw don't fit the entire screen. This past Tuesday wanted to see the early showing of weapons so early morning I checked and it said 1030 showing. Past two weekends there was no food available to order. Everything was "out of stock" on the menu except for popcorn and candy. We were quite disappointed as we had planned on eating at the theater and paid for premium seating.

Ladies bathroom is absolutely gross. My shoes were sticking to the floors . The walls and doors of the cubicles are filthy! The white sink looked cleaner .

This place sucks. Air Conditioning is broken. Kitchen is down so the only food available is pizza. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful! Ball return kept getting stuck. Lane bumpers for kids are all or nothing meaning the adults have to use them if one kid needs them. $86 for 4 people in this miserable hell home is crazy! Better off going to Strike 10 in Mizner Park. This place won't be here much longer if it keeps being run this way! I'll never come back!

No matter how much I want to like Hooky, they really make it impossible. I've seen five IMAX movies here. The theaters are great and it's the closest IMAX option for me. We usually get the dine-in seats which are very cozy. However that's where the positives end. The food options are terrible. Everything we've ordered has been gross and way overpriced. The theater and restrooms are dirty. Know one is cleaning between shows. They sometimes don't even check tickets.

I'm not picky and I'm not kidding when I say this is the worst movie theater I've ever been to. Staff rude. Theatre hot. Picture stunk. Food cold. Lanes don't have oil. Arcade games didn't work. Bathroom gross. I mean I went out of my way to write this because you have to know before you go!
