Hope was with me every step of the way. She was honest and advised me appropriately. She was extremely knowledgeable about the process and kept me thoroughly updated with every issue! I would call her on her days off or text or email and she would get back to me immediately! I became very sick in July which made me have to quit my job and retire after 39 years of service. Needless to say this experience has been very emotional for me. Hope would call and check on me & see how I was doing.
